Firstly, you’ll need to have subscribed to both Allegrow and HubSpot to access the integration functionality. This integration is available to Allegrow customers and can be connected via the HubSpot App Marketplace. You’ll need to be a HubSpot Admin/Super Admin to connect.

Connect in a few steps:

  1. Log in to HubSpot as an Admin/Super Admin (keep this tab open).
  2. In Allegrow, go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect HubSpot.
  3. Authorize Allegrow: select the correct HubSpot account and click Connect App.
  4. Wait for the toast “Successfully connected to HubSpot.”
    1. Important: Make sure your HubSpot Admin is shown as the connected user. Otherwise, the Safety Net may not apply across all Lists/Segments.
  5. Allegrow will display your HubSpot Lists/Segments, select the ones you want Allegrow to validate.
  6. Let Allegrow run risk analysis: Allegrow will analyze the selected contacts and update the custom contact property Allegrow Risk Analysis with the outcome.
