The package that best fits your needs will depend on the functionality you require, as the package price is dictated primarily based on integration, support, and customizable functionality.

Teams that sell primarily to SMBs will encounter fewer catch-all servers and may change their outreach systems more frequently. Therefore, the ability to upload data via CSV in bulk and validate SMB contacts makes our Premium plan a good starting point.

Teams that sell to mid-market to enterprise businesses need risk analysis conducted on contacts at catch-all servers. This helps establish which contacts are safe to reach out to at these larger companies, making the Scale Plus plan the better choice for these teams.

Businesses that consolidate contact data from multiple locations into one system of record (like Outreach or Salesloft) typically build complex workflows within this system and require robust integration capabilities, making the Scale Plus plan the better option.

What does the onboarding process involve?

Our onboarding is fast and easy. Your customer success point of contact has an onboarding session with you and your team on your plan's start date. This is where we provide platform access and walk you through your first upload. 

Typically teams are able to have all of the following complete on the same day as their onboarding session: platform access, every user invited, their first upload for risk analysis of contacts, and (if they have the scale plus package) their integration to sales engagement systems and/or CRMs. 

The customer success process at Allegrow allows you to have 1:1 or team-wide sessions over video conference with our team, while providing the email, live chat, and on-demand support you’d expect.

Do you offer a free trial?

The Allegrow free audit option allows your team to achieve two primary objectives. Firstly, a member of our team will help you to benchmark your email performance and risks against industry averages to identify opportunities for improvement. Secondly, we’ll conduct a sample upload of your contact data (up to 1,000 contacts) and share the results, which allows you to see ongoing risks in your existing contacts; spam traps, dead email, and invalid contact propensity. 

While we don’t offer free trials of our Premium or Scale Plus plans to reserve high volumes of risk analysis for paid customers, the audit option and free benchmarking with our team will help to see how significant your deliverability issues are and the value Allegrow will provide by resolving them.
