You’ll be the very first hire in the marketing department at Allegrow, reporting directly to the CEO. Your success will be measured by top-of-funnel opportunities generated and closed won deals. 

The role will primarily involve

  • Drive demand through various channels including, Email outreach, Social media, ads, and SEO. 
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to maximize the number of inbound and outbound opportunities that are generated. 
  • You will run email marketing efforts to existing customers to maximize engagement and nurture past opportunities. 
  • You will be responsible for creating targeted prospect lists, prospecting flows, and outreach automation for both prospective and existing customers. 
  • You will deploy a discretionary marketing budget toward events, experiments and SEO to maximize opportunity generation. 
  • You will be able to codify efforts to target bottom-of-funnel keywords that generate conversions with an external content marketing team. 

Ideal candidates will have

  • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation. 
  • A high level of experience and understanding of how B2B cold email works. 
  • Great proficiency using Hubspot. 
  • The ability to create and implement automation workflows in applications like Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, and Intercom without developer assistance. 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Having worked inside a startup before is a great indicator you’ll be used to the cadence and work environment we have.
